JW DJ Agency and Management was started because we saw so much new talent out there and wanted to harness it and make it easier for venue managers and events managers to find us. We also wanted to instil a very artistic approach to the job, while at the same time implementing a disciplined attention to the business side of things. We wanted to introduce the world to an agency that pushes the boundaries of creative collaboration to give life to the most exciting of events and venues.

Our experience as open format DJS shone a light on what we could do regarding the treatment of DJs in the industry and that is why we instilled our work family values, creating a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome.
