Clefheart

Filippo a.k.a Clefheart has been immersed in the music industry ever since he was very young. His mother worked for a record label so he was always surrounded by vinyl and tape cassettes as he was growing up.

The spark of passion for music in his childhood grew steadily stronger until, at the age of 17, he bought his first set of decks and began DJing at friends parties all over his home city of Milan.

After graduating with a masters in Audio Engineering and Music Production at SAE Institute, he began to put together his first music productions, which were rapidly snapped up by various record labels (including Filthy Sounds, Pop Rox Muzik, Prison Entertainment Ultra Wild Recordings to name but a few), reaching the number 1 spot of the Beatport Electro House chart with his single ‘Black Hole’. His combination of classic and modern sounds resulted in an astronomic rise within the Italian club scene where he began opening for famous artists such as Bob Sinclair and Christian Marchi before the age of 20.

In 2013 Filippo moved to London to expand his musical knowledge and hone his craft. Since then he has played at some of the capitals biggest venues, (including Ministry of Sound, Fire, O2 Brixton and XOYO) where he opened for the biggest names in the EDM scene. It during this time that he was scouted by international bookers, who gave him the incredible opportunity to have a two year residency in Barbados over the winter at the world famous Nikki Beach Club.

His exposure to a wide range of musical experiences allows him to flawlessly blend Hip-Hop/Rnb, House/Club classics, Reggaeton and Dancehall/Afrobeats with the more underground music scenes of Techno, Tech House, Dubstep and Drum’n’Bass.
