Growing up between London, Sydney, and Cape Town, Max is a saxophonist who thrives on travelling and collaborating with musicians from diverse backgrounds and cultures. A jazz saxophonist by training, his approach to improvisation is fresh and adaptable, allowing him to excel in a wide range of musical settings beyond traditional jazz. Max feels equally at home performing alongside a DnB DJ, on a House night, or in an intimate jazz club.

Max regularly performs in West End shows in London and across a variety of creative and commercial contexts from the UK’s top jazz clubs and music venues to high-end London and European nightclubs, as well as corporate and private events of all sizes throughout Europe. His experience as a disciplined and versatile soloist ensures he can deliver seamlessly in any musical setting.
