Fresh from a recent residency at the legendary ‘Blue Note’, Milano with Motown icon Martha Reeves (and The Vandellas), Alex Hall is a burgeoning multi-instrumentalist, composer and trumpetist working with a variety of notable ensembles and groups spanning jazz, contemporary-pop and avant-garde music.

A hugely adaptable and versatile player, he has experience from small clubs and private event to playing at Major Corporates WTM (ExCeL) and even sporting events including Twickenham Stadium (Six Nations), The Emirates (Premier League)  and Wembley (UEFA Women’s Euros).

A lively and melodic improviser taking influence from 50s West Coast Jazz through to Hip-Hop, No-Wave and Jazzy House he has become a regular feature as a roaming trumpet player on the trendy South West London club circuit.

As a songwriter and music producer he has had multi BBC play as a soloist and an artist producer – which in 2021 saw him being invited by Warner Music Group to produce at their Wright’s Lane HQ. 2023 sees him perform a headline show at the Legendary Half Moon Putney as well as a drive and release schedule for his original material, challenging artistic convention.
