Joel Richardson is a DJ, music enthusiast and creative who has spent years immersed in the world of electronic music. With performances spanning clubs, festivals and events across the UK and internationally, he has built a reputation for his energy behind the decks and his natural ability to read a crowd, always knowing exactly what the moment on the dancefloor calls for.

Over the years Joel has developed his craft not only as a DJ but also as a producer and creative, constantly exploring new sounds and evolving his musical direction. His experience across a wide range of venues and audiences has given him a strong understanding of both the art and the atmosphere that great DJs bring to an event.

Now joining the JW management team as DJ Manager for the North, Joel brings that same passion and experience to supporting and developing the next generation of DJs. His drive, work ethic and genuine love for the industry make him a natural fit for helping talent grow while ensuring every event delivers something special.

When he isn’t working with DJs or behind the decks himself, Joel is usually travelling, discovering new music… or trading the DJ booth for the basketball court, where he currently competes internationally as a Team GB basketball player.
