Our Future Plans for Engaging with Young People and Emerging Talent

For School-Aged Children

To engage school-aged children, we plan to establish robust partnerships with local authorities and schools. Through these collaborations, we will offer after-school DJing workshops and music production classes, providing children with a structured environment to explore their interest in music. During school holidays, we aim to organize DJing and music production camps, where children can immerse themselves in intensive learning experiences.

We would look to host school DJ competitions, offering students the opportunity to showcase their skills in a fun and competitive environment. Additionally, we plan to participate in school career days to inspire young people by discussing DJing as a viable and exciting career path.

By creating mentorship programs, we will connect experienced DJs with young aspiring DJs for guidance and support. Providing access to DJ equipment, through loans to schools and youth clubs, will ensure that every child has the opportunity to practice and improve their skills. Our mobile DJ setups will enable us to bring our programs to various schools and community centres, making our services accessible to all.

For Emerging DJ Talent (18-30 Age Group)

For emerging DJ talent in the 18-30 age group, we are committed to offering advanced DJing and music production workshops. These workshops will focus on enhancing technical skills, understanding branding, and gaining industry knowledge. Masterclasses with established DJs will provide invaluable insights and first-hand experiences from successful professionals.

Networking opportunities will be facilitated through regular DJ meetups and social events, where emerging DJs can connect, share ideas, and build professional relationships. We will also organize industry panels, inviting experts to discuss current trends and opportunities in the music industry.

Performance opportunities are crucial for emerging talent. We will create events and showcases, offering these DJs platforms to perform and gain exposure. Additionally, we aim to offer residency opportunities at local clubs and events, helping DJs build their portfolios and gain real-world experience.

To further support emerging talent, we will assist with portfolio development, helping DJs create and refine their press kits, demo reels, and online presence. Our job placement services will connect them with opportunities in clubs, bars, and events, facilitating their entry into the professional music scene.

Supporting Underprivileged Youth

To support underprivileged youngsters, we will offer free or subsidized classes, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder their access to our programs. Scholarships for long-term DJing courses or academies will provide sustained support for those showing promise and dedication.

Our community outreach programs will involve partnerships with community centres and youth clubs, where we will offer free DJing workshops. These programs will create safe and supportive environments for children to explore their passion for music.

We recognize the therapeutic potential of music and will eventually look to liaise with health professionals to integrate music therapy into our programs to support mental health and well-being. Workshop Details
